I met Mr. Knapp, the President of Infinity benefits group many years ago when he wrote both short and long term disability insurance for the doctors in my practice.  What stands out about Mr. Knapp is this..... recently I was diagnosed with brain cancer and when I could not get the assistance I needed from my current insurance company, I reached out to Mr. Knapp for help.  Even though he has not worked for the insurance company who wrote my long term policy for many years, he took the time and helped me work with my current insurance company professionals to get my benefits.  He didn't have to do that.  He wasn't making any money from me.  He helped me because he is a good and honest and caring human being.
