Kyle Knapp was born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. His mother was a financial advisor for 30 years which led him to find his passion for the financial services industry early on. From a young age, he learned the value of protecting assets first and building them second, savings strategies, and debt management. Kyle went on to graduate from the University of Central Florida with a BSBA in Marketing.

His career in the financial industry began at Northwestern Mutual in 2011 where he served as the agency’s Business Planning Specialist, Disability Income Specialist, and Group Benefits Specialist as well as multiple director level roles.

Kyle is extremely involved in his local community by serving on the Board of Directors for both the Palm Beach Gardens Kiwanis Club and the Palm Beach UCF Alumni Association. He also supports multiple organizations in his community such as the Martin County Boys and Girls club, Project Lift, and Treasure Cost Classical Academy. In his spare time, he enjoys boating with his wife Gina, and two kids, Jordan and Bella.

Kyle holds his series 6, 63, and 65 registrations and has earned the following designations: Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP), and Certified Long Term Care (CLTC).

Christie Hanna is the Vice President of Operations at Infinity Benefits Group, where she oversees day-to-day operations and supports the delivery of white-glove service to employers and their employees. She works closely with the advisory and service teams to ensure a smooth implementation, education, and ongoing support experience for every benefits plan.

Gina Knapp serves as Chief Financial Officer at Infinity Benefits Group, bringing more than two decades of experience in financial leadership, organizational strategy, and operational oversight. She has built a career on strengthening organizations through disciplined financial management, long-term planning, and a focus on sustainable growth.

Before joining Infinity Benefits Group, Gina held senior financial leadership roles with YMCA of Greater Kansas City and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis, where she served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. In these roles, she oversaw complex budgets, multi-site operations, and strategic initiatives focused on long-term stability and mission growth.

At Infinity Benefits Group, Gina leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, ensuring the company remains strong, secure, and positioned for continued growth. Known for her steady leadership style and attention to detail, she partners closely with leadership and operations teams to support smart decision-making and maintain the firm’s commitment to excellence.

Lillian Uvanile was born and raised in North Palm Beach, Florida. She graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Business Administration and has always been passionate about helping people. In her role, she loves connecting with clients and making sure they have a smooth and positive benefits experience.

When she’s not working, Lillian enjoys beach days, traveling, and trying new restaurants around South Florida.

Clayton Knapp serves as Chief Operating Officer at Infinity Payroll Solutions, where he oversees daily operations, internal systems, and client service delivery. Based in Oviedo, Florida, Clayton brings a strong background in financial analysis and operational management to his role, allowing him to blend analytical precision with hands-on leadership.

Before joining Infinity Payroll Solutions, Clayton worked as a Financial Analyst, where he developed expertise in budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, and performance reporting. His financial foundation gives him a unique advantage in building efficient workflows, improving service accuracy, and supporting smart, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

At Infinity Payroll Solutions, Clayton leads payroll operations, compliance processes, and internal infrastructure, ensuring clients receive dependable, timely, and compliant payroll services. He is known for his detail-oriented leadership style, clear communication, and commitment to building systems that scale while keeping service personal.
